Tinatanaw ng Gabay na maging isang komunidad ng tao-para-sa-kapwa na nagtataya para sa pagkamit at pagtamasa ng bawat indibidwal ng de-kalidad na edukasyon at scholarship.
Our Mission
Itinataguyod ng Gabay ang pagkahubog at pagkakapatiran ng mga kasapi nito para maging daan sila sa kolektibong pagkilos ng samahan tungo sa pagpapatibay ng mga kakayahang magpapalawig sa oportunidad pang-edukasyon at pan-scholarship ng mga sektor nito—ang mga iskolar ng Ateneo at ang mga mag-aaral ng mga katuwang nitong pampublikong paaralan.

To enhance Gabay's commitment to quality education and sectoral service by developing a community of grounded, critical, and compassionate member-advocates. Through sustained and meaningful engagement with scholars and Erya kids, Gabay seeks to nurture a culture of responsiveness and advocacy that transforms both self and society.

Holistic Education
To capacitate public elementary school students with self-sustaining educational skills through member-proactive tutoring and resources.
Member Formation
To empower Gabayanos as member-advocates by integrating advocacy into personal growth and bridging talents to social engagement.
Financial Stability
To establish a financially stable organization through sustainable stewardship and income-generating initiatives.
Systems & Communication
To develop inclusive protocols ensuring clear information dissemination and safe spaces that promote open communication.
Project Management
To enhance planning and implementation through efficient, values-driven systems aligning with advocacy goals.
External Engagement
To build sustainable relationships with stakeholders and communicate Gabay’s mission through meaningful platforms.
